I've decided to make my blog private. I know, I know, it's a pain in the neck, but don't grumble yet because I am also creating a blog link site that will remain public! That means you simply need to change my URL address on your blogroll to portreyfamlink.blogspot.com to continue getting my publishing updates. From that new site, you'll be able to enter my new & intriguing [but old, really] private blog, same as usual.

**To answer your questions, I don't have any HUGE reasons to go private, it just feels secure...kind of like closing my blinds at night. :)

Yes, I need an invite please. But now you've given me one more thing to worry about--why are so many going private? Is there something I don't know and should I do it, too? Am I not protecting my family if I don't? Sigh. That's me--great at worrying about stuff.

I'd love to be on your invite list :). The update link is a great idea. I have another friend that does that so we all know when to check it.
