I love that President Hinckley's passing has made top news nationwide. Here in Utah, the flags are being flown at half mast until after his funeral, but the neatest thing I've seen so far is that yesterday, teens at various schools around the valley went to school in their best Sunday dress in honor of the prophet. I loved hearing that.

I knew that teens in our neighborhood dressed up--I didn't realize that it was happening throughout the valley. Yesterday a woman in my ward got a group of sisters together for lunch to remember and talk about President Hinckley. There were about 20 of us who came and it was such an uplifting experience. I am so glad we moved to this neighborhood--I really like our new ward.
I had read where this kids were going to pay tribute to him by dressing up in their Sunday best. That is very touching to see the influence that he has had even on teens who have that teenage reputation. I think that we all miss him very much. Did you read about the cane tribute that they will have for him during the procession from the conference center to the cemetery?
