And the picture inside:

In case you can't tell, it says: "By CDOG to BDOG". Smile. I love Connor's people drawings. They've had sizeable ears for awhile now, but I enjoy the new form-fitting clothing and the way C Dog and B Dog appear to be breakdancing. An encouraging way to wake up from a sick nap, that's for sure.
The next day, Logan was in his high chair munching on Life cereal while I was...doing what moms do. After running back and forth to him every couple of minutes, I came back to find this:

Serious Life cereal. The picture just doesn't capture it. Fragile Life cereal, with sugary crystals from a Costco-sized bag (now nearly empty), strewn across the kitchen and dining room floor, on top of the table, in Logan's hair, down his clothes, handfuls in his seat and on his tray...just minutes before we were heading out the door, naturally. As in so many instances involving Fisher, I have no doubt that it started in complete innocence. I'm going to give Logan more cereal! And, as in so many instances involving Fisher, it rapidly escalated from there.
What good brothers.

I love it! Fisher is so cute. I surprised he is still alive and kicking. Isn't Life great? (get it?)
I love the moments when your children show love and concern for each other. It helps to balance out the squabbles and teasing. Or maybe that's just us--your kids probably always get along! Great post, and I love the new look of your blog. Are you ready for the month of vacation?
i need some boys... not soon thought... definitely not soon.
Cute new look BTW
I love the looks on the boys faces. Logan's says "Hey I got some more cereal, yum!" Fisher's says "Oh no, I did it again and I bet I'm in trouble!"
Hey Tracy, I'm Sally's sister. I love these drawings! My 3 yr old just started drawing recognizable figures, and I love it. So cute.
